Project Overview
Design and preparation of contract documents.  Construction and supervision was carried out by Project Services of Queensland.

Special Issues
This addition to an existing prison was in the form of a number of independent living units.  These have been designed to allow the inmates to run their own households and bring a sense of normality to their period of incarceration.  They are domestic in scale and non institutional in their presentation.  They encourage self management.
