Project Overview
Times square occupies a street block bounded by Astor Terrace on the North and Creek Street on the South. This project, was initially commissioned by the Girvan Group. The nominated hotel operator was Holiday Inns and the project reached structural completion and partial fit out by January 1990 when receivers were appointed to the developers.

In 1994, the project was purchased by investors and Accor Asia Pacific took over control of the completion of development. The composition of the project is as follows.

Urban precinctal development comprising:

• 295 Room/Suite Hotel (14 storeys)
• 8900m2 GFA commercial office tower (9 storeys)

Basement Car Park of 16,700m2 in four levels as a substructure, incorporating part of the Hotel Back-of-House and 200 public car parking spaces in addition to private parking allocated to the Hotel and Offices.
