Project Overview
This design project was undertaken for Property Solutions Pty Ltd in the Fortitude Valley area of Brisbane.
Property Solutions Pty Ltd pioneered the renewal of this area of industrial obsolescence and have created extensive new areas of showroom, office and entertainment development. The rapid change of the area and the growth of demand for the location is reflected in this project.
The proposed development combines warehousing, showrooms and office space for a medium-sized tenant/owner. The sit has substantial topographical variations and the design takes advantage of level splits differing height requirements for the compartment uses and ease of both vehicular and pedestrian access.
