This commercial development was undertaken for Property Solutions Pty Ltd. It is one of the initial urban renewal projects in the Bowen Hills area of inner Brisbane. The clients had identified a market need for small, flexible showroom and office units with a measure of individuality in the streetscape.

There was also a requirement to include a café/bistro facility on the corner of O’Connell Terrace and Hamilton Place.
