Project Overview
This project was undertaken jointly with WWAT & G, Architects of Hawaii with the practice being the executive architects engaged by the “turn-key” contractor, responsible for design development, documentation, obtaining of approvals, site landscape and pool design.  The hotel has recently been refurbished and room numbers reduced to 179 in the existing resort building.

The new owners, KM Australia Pty Limited engaged the firm to design and document a deluxe quality extension hotel of 81 Rooms and Suites, a Recreation Building, a Seafood Restaurant and a Bottle Shop and Bar as part of a major expansion programme.
