Project Overview
Codd Stenders were commissioned by the shopping centre owners to provide a fully comprehensive architectural service, including concept designs, feasibility costs, contract documentation and contract administration services.

Special Issues
During the design process, thorough consultation with Council was necessary to negotiate acceptable car parking and floor space requirements.

The expansion and refurbishment programme within a fully operational shopping centre posed various constraints upon the design outcomes in terms of pedestrian flows, sight lines and tenancy exposure.
