Design and preparation of contract documents and on-site inspections during construction phase.

Special Issues
The project site is a steep hillside above Trinity Beach, North Queensland. It offers panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean as well as mountain views to the west.

The either apartments all take advantage of the site attributes, are generous in spatial provision and offer extensive north and east facing indoor-outdoor terraces.

The standard of finish is elegant and of high quality. Whilst the apartments will be air-conditioned, the design has been shaped by climatic and locality considerations with cross ventilation and shading of openings including operable sun-control systems.
